Sparrow Tai Chi is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for people of all ages and abilities to learn and practice tai chi.

By helping people learn basic tai chi movements and simple flowing forms, Sparrow Tai Chi strives to enhance mind-body awareness and empower individuals to live more fully and peacefully.

​To honor each individual's unique experience, personalized approaches are focused on individual needs and goals. For people who have mobility limitations, instruction in modified movements and adapted forms is available.
