Hi! I'm Kimberly.

I've practiced Yang style tai chi for eight years.
I've studied with Kim Kanzelberger, owner/director of Center States Tai Chi Chuan in Kansas City since 2015. Cheng Man-ching's 37-movement form has been the mainstay of my personal practice. I have also studied tui shou (sensing hands or push hands), a two-person training exercise that complements tai chi practice. More recently, I've studied Tai Chi Fundamentals, a simplified program of Yang style tai chi. For me, tai chi is a great way to release stress and anxiety, feel connected in mind and body, practice meditation, and simply be in the present moment. I also enjoy practicing in the company of a wonderful tai chi community. Because tai chi has enhanced my life in so many ways, I founded Sparrow Tai Chi to share this amazing art and practice with others. |
