Tai Chi Fundamentals
This class presents tai chi as a low-impact exercise program for enhancing body alignment, balance, coordination, and mind-body awareness. Beginners and continuing tai chi participants are welcome. The session will cover tai chi principles, mind-body skills, and the Tai Chi Fundamentals form (progression of 16 movements).
